How do I record streaming internet audio on my Windows 7 PC?
I’d like to be able to record talk radio and music into files that my Sandisk MP3 player can then play back for me.

To record streaming audio in Windows 7, you need to download another software such as Real Player and while streaming the file withing the Real Player Browser click on the Red button…which is on the bottom left of the screen. It would be saved in a format which you can access from your MP3 Player.
